I’ve been going to Odyssey Pets for years because they are a family, locally owned business that really care about their customers and their pets. Recently I had a surgery appt at 7:30am. I needed to leave my dog somewhere by 7:00am to be there on time. Odyssey Pets opens for drop off at 7:30am. However, I explained my situation to Miles, and he immediately volunteered to be there at 7:00 so I could make my appt. Now, that is excellent customer service! I’m so grateful for his help at a stressful time. Plus, my doggie loves going to daycare there!!

We use Odyssey Pets for Boarding, Grooming, and Day Care services. They are so friendly and accommodating to me, but more importantly, to my dog. She loved going there and I trust them with my girl. I have peace of mind, which is so important when you leave your pet someplace, for ab hour, a day, or a week. I trust them for recommendations for food, snacks, and toys. I highly recommend them❤️

I needed emergency food for my puppy late in the day, and this was the only shop open nearby. The staff was still polite even though it was close to closing time. They helped me choose something suitable quickly without overcomplicating things. One item wasn’t available, but they suggested a decent alternative. The checkout took a little longer because they were closing up, but they didn’t rush me. That patience made a stressful situation easier.

I went in to buy aquarium supplies and got help choosing the right filter and tank accessories. One staff member explained everything in simple terms, which helped a lot since I’m new to fish keeping. At checkout, there was a short delay because of a billing issue, but they handled it calmly. I did notice one aisle slightly disorganized, probably due to customer handling, but it didn’t stop me from finding what I needed. The guidance made the whole process smoother than expected.
