I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! This is truly an amazing local store that you should support! The staff is super knowledgable and nice! I got my 3 year old rescue dog, Bentley in May of 2024. I brought Bentley to their doggy daycare 5 days a week for three months to help him with the transition and the staff is truly so kind and ask about him even now when I go in to buy food/bones. It is also super clean here and it doesn’t smell gross like some pet stores. I’d still bring him for doggy daycare however my schedule for work changed. I also get my dog groomed here. As a cocker spaniel his hair gets crazy however they really do an AMAZING job! They listen to exactly what you want and keep notes for each visit. I love how cute and puppy like my Bentley looks after his spa day here! Honestly, it makes a difference having a local pet store like this. Check them out today! Me and my pup Voodoo stopped by to check out the dog food selection, I was not disappointed. They have a lot more fresher/ raw options than most other pet shops. I got pumpkin Rox, it's very fresh pumpkin and my pup loves it! I live closer to Rockwall but definitely will return when I'm over in that area. 🐾🐶

I've been using Odyssey Pets to board my dog for nearly 9 years. When I used to work in office in Addison I'd use them regularly for doggie daycare. My dog absolutely loves this place, zero adjustments coming back home after being boarded. They take great care in learning your dog's feeding portions. They have a great selection of special diet foods, and the owner previously noticed my dog had a chicken allergy that was causing her to have a chest rash.
