We love Odyssey! Hannah grooms my dog Betty who is scared of most people and she does an incredible job every time. Its hard to find a place that you can trust completely with your loved ones but everyone here shows a lot of care for each of their little personalities with all the good and bad. I freaking LOVE this store. I love this store so much I would marry it. My cat is happy. My dog is happy. The food isn’t full of weird stuff that shouldn’t be in pet food. I trust that anything I buy there I will get my money’s worth. I freaking love this store. Don’t get me started on how much my cat loves their food. She used to be skin and bones because big brand pet food made her sick. Now she’s a chunky cat. Have I mentioned how much I LoOVVveeE this store?

Gina is outstanding! She has been grooming our Aussie for over 2 years. She has gotten to know our pup and her quirks. She always asks for any changes, listens and delivers.

My favorite pet store in Dallas so far. They don't have the biggest selection like North Dallas Aquarium, but they always have high quality selection of neat fish. Their employees are always super friendly and I have never felt more welcome in a pet store.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! This is truly an amazing local store that you should support! The staff is super knowledgable and nice! I got my 3 year old rescue dog, Bentley in May of 2024. I brought Bentley to their doggy daycare 5 days a week for three months to help him with the transition and the staff is truly so kind and ask about him even now when I go in to buy food/bones. It is also super clean here and it doesn’t smell gross like some pet stores. I’d still bring him for doggy daycare however my schedule for work changed. I also get my dog groomed here. As a cocker spaniel his hair gets crazy however they really do an AMAZING job! They listen to exactly what you want and keep notes for each visit. I love how cute and puppy like my Bentley looks after his spa day here! Honestly, it makes a difference having a local pet store like this. Check them out today!
