What exactly is enrichment for your dog or cat? Enrichment means engaging your animal in activities designed to stimulate their mind and/or to keep them physically fit at the same time. The purpose of enrichment is to reduce stress in the animal's life. It can also strengthen the human-animal bond. Plus it decreases the likelihood of your pet developing aggressive or inappropriate behaviors!     

Along with social enrichment like going to public places or doggy daycare, there's physical enrichment like going on a walk or playing fetch.
